本設(shè)備在視覺(jué)系統(tǒng)上采用了um級(jí)像素精度的CCD、機(jī)臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)控制部分全部使用直線電機(jī)模組，以保證整個(gè)機(jī)器作業(yè)過(guò)程中圖像拾取與機(jī)臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)控制的穩(wěn)定性。 The equipment is using the CCD which pixel-precision is um class in the visual system, all the machine moving control parts are using linear motor module to ensure the stability of image taking and machine moving control in the work process of operation .
